In 2018 I began managing The University of Akron's award-winning mobile app, UA Mobile, with partner Modo Labs. In my first year managing the app I increased unique app users per week by 90% year-over-year. In my second year managing the app it received international recognition as Modo's Best App for Innovative Communication among its higher education customers.
